Escape the chill of winter and savor the taste of the Sonoma Valley at Ocean Prime and Mitchell’s Ocean Club. For a limited time, experience our menu featuring the fresh flavors of Sonoma paired with specially selected wines from Jackson Family Fine Wines.
Ocean Prime Chefs and wine connoisseurs visited the Sonoma Valley to immerse themselves in the region and its distinctive tastes and flavors. The trip included a visit to a local creamery, oyster and mushroom farms, vineyards and the local farmers markets.
Drawing inspiration from their experience in Sonoma and our partnership with Jackson Family Wines, our chefs and wine experts created this collection of delectable culinary offerings, skillfully paired with a curated selection of luscious Jackson wines:
- West Coast Oysters with Tabasco granite, Verjus Mignonette and lemon – paired with Murphy Goode Fume Blanc or Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc Bennett Valley
- Roasted Beet Salad with goat cheese mousse, almond brittle, arugula and lemon vinaigrette – paired with Hartford Court Four Hearts Chardonnay or Stonestreet Sonoma Chardonnay
- Striped Bass & Clams with pancetta, blistered tomatoes and chili flakes – paired with Siduri Sonoma Pinot Noir or Hartford Court Lands Edge Pinot Noir
- New York Strip Steak with melted Marin Creamery brie, caramelized onions and mushrooms and a cabernet reduction – paired with Arrowood Cabernet Sauvignon or Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon
