We are thrilled to share that five of our heart-of-house associates at M were featured in this month's issue of Stock & Barrel Magazine.

Take a peek inside Ocean Prime Beverly Hills, where we pride ourselves on genuine, unpretentious hospitality, amazing seasonal food, sustainability and so much more.

I was fortunate enough to be able to travel to Europe every summer as a child, so I have a deep, nostalgic attachment and respect for classically prepared French dishes. I recently made this Beef Bourguignon recipe for my family as well as for the team here at Ocean Prime Orlando, so I wanted to share it.

We are excited to announce that five of our restaurants were voted winners in 614 Magazine's ‘ColumBEST Readers' Poll 2015.’ Congratulations to Cap City, The Guild House, M and Marcella's!

Earlier this year, Sous Chef Melissa Meola of Marcella’s in the Short North, became the first woman ever to take top honors at the Ohio Pork Council’s Taste of Elegance cooking competition. Melissa’s outstanding pork recipes earned her the coveted Chef Par Excellence award and a trip to Napa to attend the National Pork Summit.

We recently had a chance to catch up with Executive Pastry Chef Summer Schott about her career and what's happening in the pastry world. Summer has been a member of the Cameron Mitchell team since 2005.

We’ve thought for some time that our Pub Burger at The Pearl is the best in Columbus, so we’re putting our burger where our mouth is, so to speak. On April 23, we will be facing off against some other great restaurants in town for the ultimate burger bragging rights at the second annual Best Bites: Burgers event, sponsored by Columbus Underground and Shadowbox Live.

We are thrilled to announce that four of our restaurants were voted winners in Columbus Monthly’sBest of Columbus 2015 Readers’ Poll.’ Congratulations to Cap City, Marcella’s, Molly Woo’s and The Pearl!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the outstanding women who are valued members of the Cameron Mitchell family.

We strive to create a culture of support and empowerment for all of our associates – and we are grateful to all of the women who work every day to make our company better.

Our tasting team recently traveled to The Woodford Reserve distillery to create our second distinctive bourbon blend for The Barn at Rocky Fork Creek.

This cocktail is one of scotch’s few classics. It was named after the movie Blood and Sand which starred Rudolph Valentino and was produced in 1922.

This cocktail was invented in New York just before Prohibition. The name comes from the sky blue hue imparted by the crème de violette.

Today we celebrate the grand opening of our 12th restaurant concept in Columbus. The Guild House is located in the Short North Arts District at 624 N. High St., Columbus, Ohio. The restaurant is the fourth Short North location for CMR, deepening the company’s roots in the vibrant district.

Announcing the executive leadership team for our newest concept, The Guild House, which is set to open January 15 in the Short North Arts District. John Paul Iacobucci and Amberlyn Heiney will serve as executive chef and general manager, respectively.

On behalf of all our associates at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, we would like to wish you a healthy and happy 2015!

We are grateful for your continued support of our restaurants and we look forward to making many new raving fans this year!
