Landscape and tasty ingredients of SonomaThe fresh, luscious flavors of Sonoma Valley are coming from garden to plate at Ocean Prime this summer. The award-winning restaurant is offering guests a Flavors of Sonoma seasonal menu starting today for a limited time.

“Our selection of Sonoma-inspired culinary offerings provides guests a refined dining experience and a tasting of the Sonoma Valley,” said Sonny Pache, executive chef, Ocean Prime Dallas. “We’re also proud to celebrate these succulent Sonoma Valley dishes with Jackson Family Wines, which were selected to complement our chef’s vision to provide guests a true Sonoma Valley dining experience.”

The Flavors of Sonoma menu is available at the restaurant nightly and includes the following entrée items, as well as a suggested white wine pairing:

  • Oysters on the Half Shell and is best paired with Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc or the Arrowood Viognier “Saralee’s”
  • Heirloom Tomato Salad served on a bed of arugula with Humboldt Fog goat cheese and red onions and drizzled with red wine vinaigrette. This entrée is best enjoyed with Arrowood Chardonnay
  • Arctic Char features Brussels sprouts, quinoa, almonds and red peppers served with a sherry lemon vinaigrette and is best paired with Matanzas Creek Chardonnay or Hartford Court Chardonnay Four Hearts

Chefs and wine connoisseurs at Ocean Prime recently traveled to Sonoma Valley to best curate the seasonal menu and to truly grasp the tastes and flavors of the region by visiting a local creamery, oyster and mushroom farms, vineyards and the local farmer’s markets.

Defining the best in culinary, beverage, service and atmosphere, Ocean Prime strives to consistently deliver the best of both worlds when it comes to steak and seafood entrees. The restaurant is continually improving its menu offering new experiences and always makes dishes from scratch by using fresh, high-quality ingredients showcasing elegant flavors.
