We're proud to announce that Chef Melissa Meola of The Pearl was the winner of the Columbus Knife Fight cooking competition last night at The Commissary.
First Course: Creamy potato chowder with North High Hefeweizen and 1803's BBQ bacon.
Second Course: Pink snapper, tarragon, scallion and cashew gastrique with citrus carrots.
Last Course: Rice pudding with cranberry and citrus.
