The bar at the Barn restaurantOne of our greatest and most exciting endeavors in the development of our newest concept, The Barn at Rocky Fork Creek, has been the creation of our whiskey list for our bourbon bar. It is, in fact, more than a list – it’s a whiskey book. Our efforts have been keenly focused on assembling an unparalleled selection of whiskeys for our first-ever bourbon-centric bar.

We traveled to Kentucky create our own unique blend of Woodford Reserve bourbon. We chose two distinct barrels to blend into our own Barn No. 1 blend. We also carefully selected our own barrel of Double Oak that is lightly toasted to impart a slightly earthy taste with butterscotch and caramel high notes. We are proud to offer these two distinguished bourbons exclusively to our guests. The list also includes more than 50 additional whiskies expertly curated to showcase the diversity characteristic of whiskey.

A major component of the bourbon lounge is the barrel aged Manhattans. We have three different Manhattans showcasing Tennessee, Kentucky and Rye whiskeys and three different bitters. They are aged 45 days in house, allowing the flavors to marry, resulting in a very smooth and soft beverage. Whether you’re a whiskey drinker, or you prefer other spirits, beer or wine, our bar chefs will help you select the perfect beverage to suit your tastes and complement your meal.
