After culinary school and working several restaurant jobs, David Garay decided it was time to really move his career forward.
He knew that he wanted to work in fine dining and had heard that Cameron Mitchell Restaurants was a great company to work for. He walked right into M at Miranova, spoke with the chef, and asked for a job. During his time there, David experienced a little bit of everything from running the grill to supervising.
David is now the Sous Chef at Molly Woo’s. He feels that his experiences with CMR have truly allowed him to start making his mark in the industry. From the very start he was drawn to how well the CMR team treats its associates. This still rings true today as he not only loves his job, but also the people he works with.
