Dining Room Manager | Mitchell's Ocean Club
Maureen DeLuca started her journey with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants as a sales associate for Ocean Prime Troy. She then worked on the transition team for Ocean Prime Naples during their first year in business. She is now the Dining Room Manager at Mitchell’s Ocean Club.
Before becoming part of the CMR team, Maureen worked as the lead bartender for Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for 8 years. She also gained valuable experience working as a bar tender at Eddie Merlot’s and as a manager for Levy Restaurants.
Maureen had been working just down the street from Ocean Prime Troy when it opened. Before she knew it, she started to hear about how much the employees enjoyed working there and was urged by her friends to pursue a career with CMR.
From the first day of orientation, Maureen knew CMR was a good fit for her. She was impressed with how much they empower their associates and knew she could grow with the company. She felt that, especially as a female, she had been held back in this industry. Those days are behind her now as she remains inspired by the refreshing philosophy of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. She appreciates working for a company that takes care of its associates and believes work should be fun.
